This stunning 20 storey complex comprising of 238 apartments was designed to create a feeling of wellbeing, crafted environmental design, that people wanted to return to. The front garden was setback away from the busy Queens Road, resulting in an area for the residents to enjoy with large, organic shaped planter boxes with integrated seating, tables and BBQ’s. Similarly, the expansive communal rooftop garden is adorned with the same design of planter boxes, seating, tables and BBQs, but with the addition of spectacular views over Melbourne city and Albert Park Lake.
